Last updated: October 24, 2026. Pine Shortcut paid plans are yearly subscriptions sold through Paddle, which is the merchant of record and handles payments, taxes and refunds on our behalf.

14-day refund

If Pine Shortcut does not work for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase or renewal. Write to contact@pineshortcut.com with the email address of your account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. We approve requests made inside this period without asking for a reason.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt. After cancelling you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for, and the subscription is not renewed. Your account then returns to the Free plan and your snippets stay available.

Changing the number of PCs

When you add PCs during the term, the difference is charged pro rata. When you reduce the number, the unused difference is credited pro rata.

After 14 days

After the 14-day period we do not refund the current term, except where applicable consumer law requires it or where a billing mistake or a long service failure on our side occurred.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method by Paddle. How long it takes for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
