1. The service

Pine Shortcut is a Windows program (a macOS version is coming soon) and website operated by Solhyang Design (솔향 디자인) that expands triggers and hotkeys into saved text and, with a paid plan, can sync snippets between your PCs. The Free plan has no ads and is limited to 5 snippets and one linked PC. Pro adds unlimited snippets, account sync and multiple devices, and Multi lowers the price per PC when you buy several seats.

2. Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and for the snippets you store. Do not store passwords, payment card numbers or other secrets in snippets. You keep all rights to your snippets; you give us permission to store and transmit them only to provide the service to you.

3. Subscriptions and refunds

Paid plans are yearly subscriptions sold through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Prices are shown in US dollars; local currency amounts on our pages are estimates and the final amount is shown at checkout. You can change the number of PCs during the term; the difference is charged or credited pro rata. You can cancel from the link in your Paddle receipt and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy (14 days), Paddle's buyer terms and applicable consumer law.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to send spam, harass others, or break the law.
• Do not try to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer the license checks or disrupt the servers.
• Do not use automated means to create accounts or overload the service.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the program, change features or prices for future periods and will give notice of material changes. The program continues to work offline with your last synced snippets.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Solhyang Design is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country. Questions: contact@pineshortcut.com. Translations are provided for convenience; the English and Korean texts are authoritative.
