Pine Shortcut is a program for Windows and Mac that replaces text you type again and again, such as greetings, notices, addresses and email signatures, with one short shortcut. Install it, sign in, and register a phrase once. After that, typing the shortcut and pressing the confirm key in any program enters the same sentence accurately. No typos, and no digging through old messages to copy from. The prefix character before a shortcut can also be changed to whatever you like.
Phrases can be sorted into folders and imported or exported as files. Group them by purpose, such as customer support, sales, study or translation notes, and you will find them quickly. Give a phrase its own hotkey to insert it with a single key press, or open the pick window and search when you cannot remember which phrase you need.
